for before joining a Health Club

- Convenience is the key word. Is there ample
parking space available?

Most Health Clubs offer a one month trail offer and
once the member is satisfied sign him on a yearly subscription.
This way the member will satisfy himself on the ambience
and the quality of the equipment the user benefit and
the maintenance of the same.

Additional facilities - Does
the health club offer aerobics, yoga, massage, steam
or sauna and do they offer a personal trainer on a one
on one, Will the health club give advice from a qualified
dietician, and are equipment up to date with decent
changing rooms and lockers. Does the Gym monitor your
progress?

One on One - Are the trainers
qualified for one on one training that may be required.

Member Profile - As most
members sign on a yearly basis they are particular about the
member profile. Is the atmosphere of the Gym comfortable and
are the members amiable.

Staff - The fitness instructors
are they trained and are the staff courteous. Do they have
a friendly approach and are they well versed with the equipment.

The Costs Involved - Are
there additional costs for the Personnel trainer, Aerobic
and yoga classes. Does the health club charge extra for locker
facility.

Other Queries - Is it
a one time initiation fee. What happens to the deposit if
you want to cancel the membership or get transferred, Is there
a special room for prevention and Physiocare with doctors
on hold
